INTERIORS -

. Notify all managers of shoot times

. Provide photographer the following:

- Names, titles, and telephone numbers of all contact personnel

- Names and emergency telephone numbers of after hours, on call, maintenance staff

- All necessary access keys to spaces

- Location of all fuse boxes

- Location of all lighting controls

- Location of all electrical outlets

- Access to available ladders

. Re-set lighting on timers to remain on throughout night-time shoots

. Replace all un-lit bulbs whenever possible

. Have site-staff remove all seasonal decorations ( unless shoot is seasonal in nature )

. Ensure window blinds are in working order

. Leave all television screens on, with sound off, during shoot times

. Leave heating and air units on, during shoot times

. Ensure site-staff cleans all spaces prior to shoot times

. Inform after-hours cleaning staff of shoot times and necessity of working around photographer

. Inform supply vendors of shoot times and necessity of working around photographer

. Suspend alarm systems for over-night shoots

. Notify security personnel of presence of photographer and shoot times

EXTERIORS -

. Notify all managers of shoot times

. Provide photographer the following:

- Names, titles, and telephone numbers of all contact personnel

- Names and emergency telephone numbers of after-hours, on- call, maintenance staff

- All necessary access keys to spaces, fences, and gates

- Location of all exterior light sensors, lighting controls, electrical outlets, and fuse boxes

. Notify landscaping and construction crews, supply vendors and window washers of shoot times and necessity of working around photographer

. Prepare properties for greatest, aesthetic appearance i.e., cut grass, remove trash, debris, etc.

. Re-set all lighting and signage on timers to turn on 1 hour prior to sunset, and remain on

until 1 hour after sunrise, on shoot days

. Re-set all sprinkler systems for grass, to remain off during shoot times

. Replace all un-lit bulbs, whenever possible

. Suspend alarm systems for over-night shoots

. Notify security personnel of presence of photographer and shoot times
